things i learned while watching tivo during maundy thursday

1. ABS CBN and GMA will be airing the same imported asianovela. Hana Kimi. one was korean adaptation, and i think the other was taiwanese. It was a Coffee Prince Rip-Off (well, sort of)... more of 'She's the Man' story... anyway, both networks have the same target play date...both part of their afternoon drama marathon. Of course, it was done by different actors but all elements are basically the same. Another point of comparison would be in terms of dubbing.

I was a little disappointed by this, because the two giant networks wouldn't give us, the viewers, a much wider range of programs to choose from.

2. I am KC will be airing soon (next saturday). This is KC's latest project on ABS. Dramedy style...

3. Psych (season 2) is on. Psych is a story of two detectives who uses vibrations and psychic powers to solve crimes (or so they claim). Actually, they use their keen observation plus super out of this world power of deduction... in a more simpler sense...

4. in AI, Amanda is out. by the way, it is my first time this season to catch the earliest coverage of the program and it is not the talent night.

5. Tom Sawyer is back on morning toons, as well as Romeo (Mga Munting Pangarap ni Romeo)

6. Just watched Don't Give Up where Piolo is steaming hot and Kailangan Kita...

7. The Girl who played Vivian in Lover's in Paris, and Lulu in Princess Lulu is back on primetime with LOvers

8. PBB teen edition plus will be starting this march

my thoughts really:

just thinking if we will be seeing red paint on Mayor Lim's house. He became popular in his advocacy against illegal drugs to the point of using humiliation/shame attack both on the alleged pusher/user and his/her family by spraying red paint on the walls of the house with certain labels. it is a hot topic because of issues on Human Rights Violation. Now, it is all over the news... the mayor's son is a suspected user of illegal drugs....just wondering if the mayor will be spraying the dreaded red paint on his own wall... if it is done, then i believe that the mayor is really fair.

Fact: Pinas is one agricultural land; scarcity of rice grains is possible! Our Government should do some long term intervention for this and not just try to import rice grains whenever there is an issue of scarcity. Or the problem is really hoarding?
